Try first, then buy. Every Tinto Labs app works fully for 7 days before you pay anything. And if you buy and change your mind, you have 14 days to get your money back — no questions asked.
14-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. This applies to individual apps and to the bundle.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@tintolabs.com with the email address you used to buy and, if you have it, your order number. You can also reply directly to your order confirmation email.
We'll process your request within 2 business days. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card, the money usually appears in your account within 5 to 10 business days.
What happens after a refund
Your license key is deactivated and the License Agreement for that app ends, so the app will stop working once the refund is processed. A bundle is refunded as a whole.
After 14 days
After 14 days, purchases are generally final. We'll still refund you if the law of your country requires it, or if a problem with the app prevents it from working as described and we can't fix it. Please contact us first — we're happy to help.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong with your purchase, please write to us before disputing the charge with your bank: we can usually solve it faster.
Your rights as a consumer
This policy doesn't limit any right you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
