On each Mac, that single key activates all four apps. The terms are the same as a single purchase: one payment, up to 3 Macs of yours, and 14 days to ask for your money back.

A bundle is refunded as a whole.

What your license includes

• Your key, by email. As soon as the payment clears, your license key arrives. It also stays in your Lemon Squeezy orders, under the email you bought with.
• One payment, no expiry. No subscription, nothing to renew.
• Updates within your major version. Every update to the version you bought (all 1.x releases, for example) is included. A future major version may be a paid upgrade; the one you bought keeps working.
• Up to 3 Macs. Install and use the app on up to three Macs you own or control, for your personal use or your own professional work.
• You can free up a Mac. In the app's settings, "Deactivate on This Mac" releases that slot so you can use it on another one, always within the limit of three. Do it before you sell or retire a Mac.
• 14 days to change your mind. Full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.

Activating a license needs an internet connection. After that the app runs offline: it checks the license on its own every few days and keeps working for up to two weeks in a row without a connection, after which it asks to go online for a moment. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

Before you pay: a 14-day trial

Open the app and the 14-day trial starts by itself, with every feature unlocked.

No card, no account, no email address.

Starting the trial does need an internet connection. After that, the trial works offline until its last day.

There is one trial per app, per Mac. When it runs out the app asks for a license key to carry on, and your data stays put.

If you decide to buy, paste the key from your order email into the app and pick up where you left off.

How payment works

Orders go through Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), which sells you the apps as our reseller and Merchant of Record. Their buyer terms cover payment, tax and invoicing.

At checkout, Lemon Squeezy takes your name, email, country and billing address, your payment details and, if you enter one, your tax ID. It uses them to charge you, work out and remit tax, issue your invoice, send your key and handle refunds. We never see your full payment details: from the order we get your name, email, country, the product and the license key.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. It applies to single apps and to the bundle.

How to ask. Email support@tintolabs.com with the address you bought with and, if you have it, your order number. Replying to your order confirmation works too.

How long it takes. We handle the request within 2 business days. Lemon Squeezy issues the refund to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank or card, the money usually lands within 5 to 10 business days.

What happens next. Your key is deactivated and the License Agreement for that app ends, so the app stops working once the refund goes through.

After 14 days, purchases are generally final. We will still refund you if the law where you live requires it, or if a fault in the app stops it doing what we said it does and we cannot fix it. Write to us first.

Money questions

One-time payment or subscription? One-time. No subscription, nothing recurring, and the license does not expire.

Are updates free? Every update within the major version you bought (all 1.x releases, for example) is included. You decide when to install them.

What if a version 2.0 comes out? A new major version may be offered as a paid upgrade. The version you already bought keeps working.

What currency am I charged in, and what tax is added? Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is worked out at checkout from your location and may be added on top.

Do I get an invoice? Yes. Lemon Squeezy issues it as Merchant of Record. You can enter your tax ID at checkout.

How do I get my key? By email, as soon as the payment clears.

I lost my license key. It is in your order confirmation email. You can also see all your orders and keys at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders using the email you bought with. Or write to us and we will dig it out.

How many Macs can I use my license on? Up to three Macs you own or use, for your personal use or your own professional work.

Can I move my license to another Mac? Yes. On the old Mac, open the app's settings and choose "Deactivate on This Mac", then activate the new one.

Do the apps need internet? Only to start the trial, to activate the license and for a quick check every few days. The actual work happens on your Mac.

Can I get a refund? Yes, within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. See the Refund Policy.

Something went wrong with the charge. Write to us before disputing it with your bank: we can usually sort it out faster.

Do I lose anything by trying first? No. The 14-day trial is the full app, and it asks for no card, no account and no email address.
